2. Access data and hosting

When you visit this website your browser transmits technically necessary data to our hosting provider (server log files): IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted or anonymised after a short period. Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with our service providers.

3. Contact and enquiry form

If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, product description) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for that purpose; statutory retention periods (in particular commercial and tax law, up to 10 years) remain unaffected.

To transmit enquiries we use the form service Formspree, operated by Formspree Inc., USA. The data entered in the form is passed on to this service and delivered to us by email. Processing is based on handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in a reliable enquiry process (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This involves a transfer to a third country (USA), which is safeguarded by an adequacy decision or the EU standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies required to operate the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, section 25(2) TDDDG). Optional cookies, for example for audience measurement, are only set with your explicit consent (section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 5. Recipients and transfers to third countries

Your data is only shared with service providers supporting us in operating the website and handling enquiries (hosting, email, appointment booking) and where we are legally obliged to do so.
