Bowls and hardware manufactured under your own brand

Bowls and hardware are durable items that give an own brand a strong shelf presence and bundle well into ranges. We develop bowls in stainless steel, ceramic and plastic, feeding stations, water fountains, carriers and barriers as private label, or adapt existing items with your brand as white label. Depending on the material, we work with manufacturers specialising in metal pressing, ceramic firing or injection moulding who handle this production every day. We write the specification, sample it, inspect at the factory and deliver duty paid to your warehouse.

Your branding

On hardware, the brand sits directly on the product: laser-engraved or embossed on stainless steel, kiln-fired decorative print on ceramic, or a mould insert or pad print on the plastic part. We also design a base label, a barcode and material sticker, plus a hangtag or wraparound band. Because bowls and carriers are prone to breakage and scratching, we plan the packaging alongside the product: folding boxes with inner protection, printed outer cartons and, if you sell online, a shipping-ready version.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can bowls be marked with my logo?

Yes. Stainless steel takes laser engraving or embossing, ceramic a kiln-fired decorative print, and plastic pad printing or a logo built into the mould. Which technique suits the item is decided together and shown on the sample.

Do I need my own tool for a custom bowl?

Only if the shape is new. If you use an existing mould and change colour, glaze, decoration or accessories, no tooling is required. A custom contour requires a tool that is costed once; we tell you in advance which route makes sense for your product.

Are the materials suitable for contact with food?

For food-contact parts we specify materials intended for that use and have the manufacturer confirm the material data. Which evidence and tests make sense for your specific product and target market is agreed with you before production.

How are ceramic items and carriers secured for transport?

Fragile items get packaging with inner protection, designed for pallet transport and, where needed, for individual parcel shipping. The packaging is sampled together with the product and is part of the factory inspection scope.
