Dog beds and textiles manufactured under your own brand
Textile resting places are the category where an own brand stands out most clearly from traded goods: fabric, colour, quilting and shape form a signature of their own. We develop dog beds, baskets, caves, cushions, blankets and clothing as private label to your briefing, or rework a catalogue model as white label with your own label. Sewing is done by manufacturers set up for pet textiles who deliver pattern, filling and stitching reproducibly. We manage the pattern, sampling, factory inspection and import through to delivery.

Your branding
For textiles we work with a sewn-in woven label at the side seam, a care label with material and washing information, and a hangtag with size chart and barcode. Your logo can also be embroidered, applied as a patch or added by transfer print; on clothing an embroidered logo on the back or collar reads particularly premium. For retail we pack in printed carrier bags, polybags with a header card, or folding boxes, with the size clearly marked on the outside.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my own fabrics and colours for dog beds?
Yes. You can choose from the manufacturer's fabric qualities or have a custom colour dyed to a Pantone reference. Before the production run you receive fabric swatches and a sewn sample so you can judge feel, colour and construction.
Are the covers washable?
If you specify it, yes. We then design the item with a removable cover, zipper and matching thread, and record the wash temperature on the care label. Washability is checked on the sample before production starts.
Can I set my own size run?
Yes. We build a size chart with you covering all inner and outer measurements per size, which becomes part of the specification. The manufacturer produces and checks against this chart so sizes stay consistent across reorders.
What quantity do I need for my own textile line?
Quantity depends on the model and, above all, on the number of fabric, colour and size variants, since each variant is its own cutting run. Textiles generally start lower than items requiring tooling. We give you the concrete quantity with the quote.
